When not helping customers, leading her team of in-house consultants, writing books, speaking at conferences like SWPP(Society of Workforce Planning Professionals), Juanita can be found executing on her CEO plan to bring visibility to women in tech.
As a teen mom looking to gain employment in the workforce, Juanita found work to support her daughter in a call center. Adjusting to adolescent motherhood she focused on discovering opportunities to provide, Juanita was desperate to succeed, grow and even thrive despite being a young mother. One day while at work, she stumbled across a user manual called "Blue Pumpkin". Diving deep into articles, updates and insight on current workforce management systems, Juanita discovered a liking for technology, system optimization, and the workforce management discipline as a whole. Her interest compelled her to seek opportunities to learn more, further engage at work as well as invest ni educational resources to expand her knowledge and skillset.
Today with over 14 years of industry experience, formal education and productivity practice, Juanita has become a Contact Center & Workforce Management enthusiast, trainer, speaker and facilitator. Coupling her talent and experience with her skillset and passion, Juanita takes pride in bringing new efficiencies and optimizations to corporations cable reputation as a world-class subject matter expert has allowed her to operate as a Consultant for WFM system and household brands like United Health Care, Optum, Walgreens, Liberty Medical, and many more. I am a purpose-driven author, entrepreneur, and spiritual mentor whose journey is a living testimony to God’s transformative power and enduring grace. As the CEO and founder of Parker Professional Cleaning Service LLC and Parker Global Enterprise LLC, I am committed to excellence in service and leadership. In addition to building thriving businesses, I have answered a divine calling to share God’s word through writing. I am also the author of The 7 Blessing Keys Spiritual Journal—a faith-centered guide created to help readers reconnect with Jesus Christ and navigate life with clarity, purpose, and hope.
My life’s direction was forever altered on February 3, 2016, when I lost my beloved son, Andrew Da’von Jones, at just 21 years old. In the midst of that unimaginable pain, I encountered God in a deeply personal and powerful way. That divine experience anchored in faith ignited an intense sense of purpose. A calling to help others see and embrace the light of God’s promises, even in life’s most challenging moments.
Out of that mission, I founded Touchdown God Youth Center (TDG), an organization devoted to uplifting and empowering at-risk youth. Guided by the principle, "We plant seeds, we water them, and God blesses them," TDG creates a nurturing environment that fosters resilience, academic growth, and spiritual development—equipping the next generation to become confident, compassionate, and capable leaders.
I am also a proud mother to my daughter, Ashley Nicole Jones, whose strength, grace, and love inspire me daily. Together, we are grounded in a shared commitment to faith, family, and living with intention.
